InkSpire uses a digital credit system. Once credits are purchased and added to your account, they are available for immediate use to generate AI content.
Since our service provides immediate digital credits and AI-generated assets, we generally do not offer refunds once a purchase is completed. If you experience a technical failure where credits were deducted but content was not generated, please contact us for a manual credit adjustment.
There are no recurring subscriptions on InkSpire at this time. All purchases are "one-time" credit packs. You can stop using the service at any time without further obligation.
For any issues regarding your purchases or credits, please reach out to us with your transaction ID from Paystack.
